The dtb-instiller brings two functions into one catheter: draining urine from the bladder and delivering a prescribed treatment directly into it. This approach is known as intravesical instillation. The dual-lumen design provides separate pathways for drainage and delivery.
The device uses a conventional syringe rather than an electronic pump. It is intended for intermittent use as part of a treatment plan selected and supervised by a healthcare professional.
